Dr. Pearlstein,
You are an amazing human being. You made Potato, my son and I felt like we are part of the family right from the first second when we walked into your office. We have never been treated so well in a Veterinarian office. You’ve set the standard so high now I’m actually looking for a new primary for Potato and hoping I can find a place like yours.
Thank you for this letter. I know you finished writing the progress notes in the middle of the night so I can get it as soon as possible. I’m very grateful for everything you did for us. I cannot thank you enough or stop raving about you and your staff to my family, friends and co-workers after our visit.
My husband and I have decided to go ahead and set up an appointment with the surgeon and will keep you informed on Potato is doing. We probably will be back for rehabilitation. Thank you again.
Warmly,
Samantha
