• Acupuncture
  ​including acupuncture and electrical-acupuncture when appropriate, and Traditional Oriental/Chinese Medicine, including prescription herbs.

What I do for Fun: 

• bike riding all over the place and especially through the City, walking/hiking, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Ji and Qi Gong.
