TELEMEDICINE
Due to the COVID-19 emergency, we ceased providing in-person services for most of April and May, 2020. As of June, 2020 we are offering a hybrid care model.
To continue care for our community and maximize social distancing, we are offering Telemedicine appointments by video and/or phone meetings. For new patients, we do the first hour (medical history Q & A) via video or phone meeting. The next hour, which includes the first rehab treatment, is booked at a different time and in person at our clinic in Pacifica, CA. (Sometimes they can happen on the same day as each other, morning for the telemedicine appointment and afternoon to meet the doctor at the clinic.)
For returning patients, some care can be delivered via telemedicine (especially nutrition, behavior, and home exercise questions).
